Technical leader with 15+ years running IT and launches where software meets equipment: 1,500+ devices under central monitoring, three automated parking facilities with 30+ lanes taken into production, CCTV, access control and guest networks.

I lead vendors and teams from requirements to commissioning and stay hands-on: integrations with 1C and Bitrix24, Linux infrastructure, medical-device firmware with IEC 62304 documentation, and AI-assisted delivery under human review.

Core competencies

Technical leadership: Priorities and backlog, vendors and contractors, risks, launches and the operation that follows.
Systems integration: Bitrix24, 1C, EDI, warehouse and hardware: event queues, idempotency, reconciliation and safe clean-up of production data.
Engineering depth: Linux infrastructure and monitoring, embedded and medical-device firmware — used when the problem sits below the application.
Solution & enterprise architecture: System boundaries, modules, data models, APIs and integration contracts — with the trade-offs written down as decision records.
Business & systems analysis: Interviews, AS-IS / TO-BE process maps, requirements and acceptance criteria, data audits.
AI engineering & agentic systems: Agent pipelines (planner, coder, independent reviewer model — an LLM judge), private RAG, MCP tools, evaluation with thresholds fixed in advance, human approval before merge.

Recent projects

2024 – 2026

Lead integrator & architect

Medical equipment distributor
  • From mid-2024 rolled out Bitrix24 — first with a contractor, then myself: processes, automation, mobile workplaces, an instruction for every role; in my estimate stock fell by more than half. In 2026 audited the broken 1C exchange: 1.88M queue entries for dead endpoints, three parallel channels.
  • Subscriptions 159 → 54, queue → 0, own event filter; phantom records 1,659 → 681 moved to the recycle bin after a dry run, with backup; contract ↔ deal sync, service and warehouse workplaces with mobile PWAs.
2025 – 2026

Deployment & data migration lead

Medical device manufacturer
  • Deployed and upgraded a .NET / Blazor manufacturing portal next to the existing CRM; 12 database migrations applied in production.
  • Moved product structures from Excel into the portal with idempotent Python ETL — BOMs up to 377 parts; the first purchase request was created from them.
2025

Firmware engineer

Medical device manufacturer
  • Audited and fixed AVR firmware of a medical device (I2C hang, false leak alarm).
  • 27 host-run unit tests, zero-warning reproducible build, software documentation per IEC 62304 for registration.
2023 – 2026

Engineer

Own devices
  • ESP32-S3 devices from idea to prototype: offline voice assistant, IMU motion gloves, USB printer emulator.
  • ZMK keyboard firmware: median key-to-report latency 50.2 → 0.1 ms, measured from logs; code public on GitHub.
2026

Founder & solution architect

Own CRM/ERP platform
  • Analysed the processes of a medical-equipment distributor and designed a modular CRM/ERP to replace an off-the-shelf portal: 45 Django apps — CRM, contracts, warehouse, procurement, delivery, workflow engine, mail, chat, BI.
  • Built it solo in 5.5 weeks (359 commits): AI agents wrote most of the code, I owned the analysis, architecture, data model and review of critical paths. Transactional outbox for 1C, idempotent migration from Bitrix24, Flutter mobile client. Deployed as a pilot (3 users), not yet in daily operation.
2025 – 2026

Architect & operator

Own AI agent platform
  • Self-hosted platform where agents plan, code and review changes and a human approves merges and production actions: independent judge, private RAG (pgvector), MCP tools.
  • Local 27B model on one GPU for routine work, cloud models for setup and hard tasks; production actions only through approval cards.

Leadership roles

Nov 2024 – Jul 2025

Head of Digital Transformation

Duna-Stroy

Owned the digitalisation of cross-functional processes between production sites and the head office.

  • Mapped the manual operations and designed the target workflows; defined requirements and business logic for internal services: requests, leave, IT support, cross-department tasks.
  • Designed the integration architecture between the corporate platform and 1C for employee and organisational data; wrote the specifications and took the 1C ↔ Bitrix24 exchange through implementation and testing.
  • Rolled out one task and project model for all departments — routing, status tracking, execution control — and put the external IT provider on the same managed channel.
  • Led the roll-out of Bitrix24 as the shared workspace; by the time I left, requests, leave and IT tickets were handled in one portal.
Nov 2023 – Oct 2024

Head of Technical Support

Polezniy Soft

Led support for the company’s software products and owned the improvement backlog that fed development.

  • Led the launch of three automated parking facilities with 30+ entry and exit lanes: software deployment, equipment integration, commissioning into production.
  • Turned customer feedback and root-cause analysis into technical requirements and a prioritised product backlog; worked with developers on fixes and features.
  • Took part in integrations with video surveillance and access control; introduced a Kanban support process, a self-service portal with a chatbot and a shared knowledge base.
Nov 2011 – Apr 2023

Head of Information Technology

UK Raduga — large shopping and entertainment complex

Ran all technology of a large operating venue for 11+ years — from requirements and architecture to vendors and daily operations.

  • Built central monitoring of 1,500+ server, network, security and engineering devices: incident detection and localisation went from hours to minutes.
  • Designed the integration between the entertainment management system and 1C, automating the flow between operations and accounting.
  • Delivered video recording for an indoor skydiving facility, digital signage on 7 displays, guest Wi-Fi with 14 access points for up to 700 visitors, CCTV of 100+ cameras.
  • Designed and operated servers, Hyper-V, backup, networks, VPN and access control; managed suppliers, contractors and technical projects.
