Manufacturing & warehouse portal for an endoscope production line
Deployed and upgraded a modular .NET / Blazor portal next to the existing Bitrix24 CRM, and migrated full bills of materials from Excel.

Problem
Production data lived in spreadsheets; the portal had to run next to an existing Bitrix24 server that already occupied ports 80/443.
What was done
- Custom nginx front instead of the upstream Caddy setup, host-based API routing, CORS verified, SSH-tunnel access.
- Production upgrade: 347 files, 12 new migrations, database dump before rollout; restored DTOs lost to a .gitignore rule.
- Idempotent Python importers: users and roles, items, BOMs for endoscopes and stands — 119 new components.
Result
Product structures moved from Excel into the portal; the first purchase request (160 pcs) was created from the imported BOMs.
